Automated Ripping with Myze Convert

Many On Demand orders mean many print files. Myze does the ripping on the pre-determined print profiles and files the print files. Effective and reliable.

  • Create print profiles based on products and colours
  • Installing Myze Convert on a Windows PC designed for ripping
  • Set storage location, network folder recommended
  • Scan orders at the printer station, the print file is sent directly to the printer
The preparations to be able to use Myze Convert:
  1. Download the latest version of Myze Convert, see the download below
  2. Create a new folder under C: and Programs, name it MyzeConvert
  3. Copy and paste the installer (Deploy) of MyzeConvert into this folder and run it by double clicking it
  4. MyzeConvert is installed, a shortcut is placed on the desktop
  5. Create a new folder on the desktop, name it MyzeRip and create an Input and an Output folder in it. Copy the path of the output folder from File Explorer
  6. Open File Explorer and type the following into the address bar: %appdata%
  7. Open the MyzeConvert folder and double click on the MyzeConvertConfig.ini file
Now follow the settings in MyzeConvert:
  1. MyzeConvert rips files for GTX, GTXpro and GTX600. Paste the copied output link into the config at the output location for the printer type you use in your production
  2. Change the path to Input instead of Output and insert it at the input location
  3. Close the config ini and start MyzeConvert from the desktop or from the installation folder
  4. MyzeConvert is installed, a shortcut is placed on the desktop
Set the path to the output folder in the Myze app:
  1. Open File Explorer and type the following into the address bar: %appdata%
  2. Open the Myze folder and double click on the batchConfig.txt 
  3. Add the path to the output folder (in this example desktop/MyzeRip/Output
  4. Save and close the txt file and start Myze from the desktop or from the installation folder
